Box Bot is a pre-engineered robotic palletizing system that is fantastic for palletizing RSC cases and other types of secondary packaging. The Quest Box Bot palletizer is perfect for folks who are currently manually palletizing or adding new lines and want to avoid manual labor stacking their products on pallets. One of the best things about the Box Bot is its small footprint and ease of use. It installs very easily onto our customers' existing lines or new lines and allows the customer to add new products and new palletizing recipes without any programming or special software.
Because it is a pre-engineered system, it is very cost-effective. We are not starting from a clean sheet of paper to engineer every single system. We build these systems very, very fast. A system like what you see behind me has roughly a 14 to 16 week lead time, which by far leads the industry. We can design, build, and install very quickly.
